Trauma counselling creates the conditions for that processing to happen, gently and at your pace.

Our approach
Trauma-informed counselling at Soulshine Sanctuary draws on evidence-based approaches including EMDR, somatic awareness, parts-based work, and mindfulness. We never push faster than your nervous system can handle — safety and collaboration are the foundation of everything we do.
You do not need to re-tell your story in detail to heal. Sometimes healing means learning to be in your body again, to regulate your nervous system, and to develop a new relationship with the memories that have shaped you.
