Workshop: Holding Space Between Us
Feeling disconnected in an important relationship?
Whether things feel tense, distant or just...off - this is a space to begin reconnecting.
Holding Space Between Us is a guided 2 hour experience for pairs who want to rebuild trust, improve communication, and feel closer again - without the pressure or overwhelm.
You can bring your friend, colleague, sibling, parent, child (13+), or romantic partner - anyone you care about whom you want to develop a deeper connection or understanding with.
Through this experience, you'll be supported through:
- nervous system regulation (so conversations feel safer)
-guided art (to access where words can't)
- structured conversations (to help you actually be intentional with what you say)
This is for you if:
- you're stuck in the same patterns of communication
- one or both of you have been feeling overwhelmed
- you want connection - but don't know how to get back there
- you like learning about yourself and how your reactions impact the relationship
You don't have to have it all figured out.
This workshop is for BOTH of you - if nothing else - a safe space for you both to reconnect
Facilitated by Tina Camara, RCC and trauma therapist, and Coco Huang, RTC and professional art therapist.
