SOULSHINE SANCTUARY OWNER + REGISTERED COUNSELOR
My training and experience has focused on individuals who have experienced trauma - from childhood trauma to single-incident events. My main modality for therapy is EMDR, a powerful therapy that targets the root cause of negative behaviours and lowered sense of self.
I complement this modality with mindfulness and meditation.
The end result empowers individuals to integrate past experiences in a way that promotes resilience, emotional balance, and a sense of peace.
I am here to compassionately listen and guide you so that you have more clarity and insight about yourself. I truly believe that each person holds the wisdom and resilience to heal and grow, but is not meant to do it alone. I use a holistic approach combined with evidence and strength-based counselling practices, empowering you to shine forward into the life you want.
